2. Booking & Quotations

2.1 All quotations are based on the information provided by the client.

2.2 Quotes may change if the property condition differs from what was described.

2.3 Bookings are confirmed once written confirmation is received.

3. Access to Property

3.1 The client must provide access at the agreed time.

3.2 If access is not provided, a cancellation or waiting charge may apply.

3.3 The client is responsible for ensuring water and electricity are available.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Late payments may incur additional charges.

4.3 We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a charge.

5.2 Same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

6. End of Tenancy Cleaning

6.1 Our end-of-tenancy service is designed to meet general letting standards.

6.2 We offer a 48-hour re-clean guarantee if areas are deemed not up to standard (subject to written evidence).

6.3 The property must be vacant at the time of cleaning.

7. Liability

7.1 TenancyPro Cleaning Ltd is fully insured with £10 million Public Liability and Employers’ Liability cover.

7.2 We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Wear and tear
• Poor maintenance
• Damage caused by faulty fixtures

7.3 Any claim must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Health & Safety

8.1 We comply with COSHH regulations when handling cleaning chemicals.

8.2 Clients must inform us of any hazards at the property.

9. Keys & Security

9.1 If keys are provided, they will be handled securely.

9.2 We are not responsible for alarm codes unless provided correctly.

10. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control including:

• Severe weather
• Power outages
• Transport disruption

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
